Companies are classified according to the number of employees and the type of structure:
- Microenterprises: from 2 to 10 workers.
- Small companies: from 11 to 49 workers.
- Medium-sized companies: from 50 to 250 workers.
- Large companies: more than 250 workers.

- Cooperative society Amount fixed in the bylaws.
- Limited partnership of successive formation.
- New company limited partnership. Capital 3,000 Dlls, 5 partners.
- Corporation. Capital 5,000 Dlls.
- Limited partnership by shares. Capital 60,000 Dlls, 2 partners.
- Limited to the capital contributed.
- Associated work cooperative society.
- Professional societies.
- Agricultural transformation society. 3 partners.
- Economic interest grouping. 2 partners.
